Hi All,

I purchased a flat from Swagath's builder in 4th A cross, kaggadaspura. they promised all sort of things in prospectus but now it's almost 1 year, still he didn't put the power backup. no response to the calls we make.

He is now building flats in Banaswadi (Near to Ganesha Temple on ring road) to stay away from him.
